Pandora

To celebrate and continue building on the success of the world’s largest jewellery brand, Pandora has teamed up with Designit for the past two years to help imagine, plan, and build its global marketing summits.

With each summit dedicated to a specific focus area, Pandora and Designit have collaborated to build summits that revolve around brand desirability and customer experience. Both summits have aimed to rally all Pandora marketers around a united brand- and consumer-first mindset. In close collaboration with Pandora, we delivered strategic advisory and content production and supported summit facilitation for the 3-day event.

The image depicts an indoor event with a large gathering of people seated at round tables. The venue has a high ceiling with wooden beams, creating an open and airy atmosphere. The tables are adorned with floral centerpieces and various items, suggesting the event could be a conference or workshop. In the background, there are banners with motivational questions such as “WHAT’S YOUR WHY?” and “HOW CAN WE HELP YOU GROW?” indicating a focus on personal or professional development.

We assisted in the execution of three main deliverables:

1. Content packages for e-learning:

A means to engage Pandora marketers before the summit through thought-provoking, snackable, interactive and fun learning elements in the shape of highly curated content, bespoke frameworks, quizzes and other gamified elements.

This image shows a tablet displaying an e-learning module titled "Experiences Enhance Product Value" from a customer experience program. The screen outlines the concept of the experience economy, which progresses from commodities to goods, services, and finally experiences, as illustrated by a series of images. The images show coffee beans (commodity), a packaged coffee product (good), a cup of coffee being served (service), and a group of people in a café (experience). The background is a soft pink, and the tablet has a sleek, modern design with the brand name "Pandora" visible on the side.
The image is a collage of several digital devices, including tablets and smartphones, displaying various business and marketing content. The central tablet shows a pyramid diagram labeled “MOVING FROM MEETING FUNCTIONAL NEEDS TO EXCEEDING ASPIRATIONAL NEEDS.” The content appears to be related to customer experience and marketing strategies.
This image shows two women standing close together and smiling. The woman on the left has light skin, red hair, and is wearing a necklace with multiple charms. The woman on the right has dark skin, black curly hair, and is wearing a necklace and hoop earrings. Both women appear happy and are dressed in stylish, elegant outfits with a soft pink background behind them. The image exudes a sense of joy and friendship.
“A tablet screen displays an e-learning module with a pink header that reads ‘SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED IN THIS MODULE?’ Below the header, there are three numbered sections, each featuring a pixelated image of a person to maintain privacy. Each section includes a brief summary of key points or lessons from the module.”

2. Summit strategic content, presentations and workshops:
A co-developed structure and agenda for each summit session and the execution of 5 highly curated summit presentations.

A conference room filled with attendees seated at round tables, facing a speaker on a stage. The speaker is holding a microphone, and behind them is a large window letting in daylight. A presentation slide behind the speaker reads, ‘CUSTOMERS ARE TELLING US WHAT THEY NEED, AND WE SHOULD LISTEN.’ The setting suggests a professional event focused on customer service and engagement.

3. Summit set-up and facilitation:
In close collaboration with the Pandora team, we orchestrated the entire summit, from setup to facilitation, to secure a unified experience. This included moderating the event, contributing with keynote speaks and facilitating hands-on working sessions for the participants.

A table is covered with various items, including a pink board game titled ‘THE GAME OF LIFE,’ markers, sticky notes, and printed materials featuring images of people. A person is visible, actively writing or drawing on one of the sticky notes. The scene suggests a creative or planning session involving the board game and other materials
An indoor event with a high ceiling and exposed wooden beams. A person stands at the front, holding up a book to cover their face, addressing an audience seated at tables with floral centerpieces. The room is well-lit with natural light from large windows, and banners with logos are visible in the background. The setting suggests a literary event or book launch.
A cluttered desk with various items scattered across the surface, including multiple photographs with faces obscured by brown rectangles, pieces of paper with handwritten notes, a magazine titled ‘JUST FOR FUN,’ and an assortment of pens. There are also personal care items like a bottle and a tube, possibly skincare products. The scene suggests a personal space filled with memories and ongoing projects or tasks.

‘I have been to a few similar conferences, and this one was world-class in terms of speakers, program, venue, supporting program, etc. Having touched base with the team, we are all full of ideas and hope for a bright brand future.’

‘Even though I’m not a marketeer, I got so much out of these two days and am truly inspired by all the great speakers.’
