Designit set up office in Paris in 2005 to serve the region's growing demand for powerful, original design.
Paris is one of the world's leading business and cultural centres, exerting global influence on fashion, design, technology and the arts. The Paris region is Europe's biggest city economy, while Paris is fifth in the world's list of cities by GDP.
Our office is located in northwest Paris in the Montmartre area of district 18. A creative hub with a lively atmosphere, this area is characterised by narrow pedestrian streets and the famous Sacré Coeur church.
French design is synonymous with Philippe Starck and Louis Vuitton. But the country is heaving with creative talent of all disciplines. Iconic offerings include the high-tech TGV trains and Airbus and JCDecaux’s high-impact urban furniture.
To sample the country’s design highlights, visit the Museum of Ancient and Contemporary Architecture or the Grand Palace or the Museum of Decorative Arts. The recently renovated building provides visitors with 360-degree views of the city from its nine-story cupola.
