To handle foreign currencies in a jiffy while on the go, Jyske Bank – a key player on the financial market in Denmark - has launched a new free iPhone app in collaboration with Designit.
Not only for currency speculators, the app serves as a useful tool for everyone when abroad or as part of travelling preparations. Its simple design helps users calculate prices, order, and trade foreign currency on the go and in no time – a criterion for success when developing smartphone apps.
In close collaboration with Jyske Bank, Designit’s multi-disciplinary design team shaped the app’s GUI and graphic design. The same team of designers has previously created sub-sites for jyskebank.dk dealing with currencies, and the new app originates from these as a natural next step from the computer to your iPhone.
Besides ordering and calculating currency, the app provides travelling tips on cash and credit cards as well as info on Jyske Bank branches.
