Designit London is working on a research and strategy project within an area of the medical sector across seven countries: UK, Denmark, Germany, USA, India, Brazil and China. The project is to develop a range of scenarios that might occur at the hospital, home and first responder level to demonstrate the changing impact on the client’s product over the next twenty years.
User focused research has been the primary tool used by the teams in order to understand the different needs of doctors and nurses, to surgeons and specialists, patients and family members through to paramedics in each of the countries in the review.
Now the research stage is complete, the UK-based team is sifting through the responses in order to start the process of developing a series of scenarios; taking the user journey as a base and building on them with technology, political and economic outlooks. The next delivery is a client workshop at the end of the month.
