Designit is conducting a stakeholder analysis for the Danish Chamber of Commerce – a strategic exercise that aims to evaluate the association’s ability to deliver value to its 20,000 members.
To understand current performance, we’re in the process of interviewing more than 50 external stakeholders, including politicians, board members, the press, authorities and member companies.
The analysis aims to evaluate both the organisation’s ability to serve members on a day-to-day basis and to influence the political landscape in order to obtain the best national framework for business growth.
