Designit will present its vision for a more service-orientated hospital service at a conference held by Odense University Hospital – Denmark’s largest hospital – and Region Southern Denmark in August.

The conference, called Through the Patient's Eyes, will address good service and communication in the health sector, central elements in the Danish government’s quality reform.

Designit’s Tine Park is one of several experts from the public and private sector who will present their perspectives on how to deliver a good health service to patients and relatives.

Park will present conclusions from Designit’s service innovation project, which has been underway since January at OUH.
