		<description>It was good to read a societal dilemma through another lens. Often, it is important to understand why certain things exist because for every existence there needs to be an energy trough - a motivation for people to behave in that way. Every perturbation to a society/culture at large therefore needs to be done cleverly so that actual purpose for providing health care, i.e. well being, is not lost in just disease diagnosis and treatment. Taking action may not be always necessary, medical professionals use &quot;masterly inactivity&quot; sometimes.</description>
